O Fujimasa Junmai Ginjo Homarefuji Nakadori, da Fujimasa Shuzo, utiliza o Homarefuji, variedade de arroz de sake exclusiva de Shizuoka, com a fração intermediária da prensagem (nakadori) extraída para máximo equilíbrio e clareza. Fundada em 1866 e operando no Planalto Asagiri a 900 metros próximo ao Monte Fuji desde 2011, esta cervejaria utiliza água de nascente do Monte Fuji e o terroir das terras altas para proporcionar ao Homarefuji sua plataforma mais expressiva.
