Description

Utiliza Yamada Nishiki da Prefeitura de Hyogo, arroz de sake cuidadosamente polido. A fermentação, normalmente de 30 dias, é conduzida lentamente por até 40 dias, desenvolvendo um aroma ginjo elegante e frutado. Além do aroma, é possível sentir o sabor genuíno do arroz de sake Yamada Nishiki, tornando-o irresistível para os apreciadores de sake.
