Daiginjo Shigasakari Kinran utiliza Yamada Nishiki polido a 40%, proveniente da Omi Sake Brewery em Shiga. Batizado pelo motivo de brocado dourado e azul inspirado nas florestas de bordo vermelho de Eichizen e no Rio Aichi, apresenta aroma de melão, pera e flores com doçura suave e acidez fresca; produzido com Yamada Nishiki orgânico de Shiga, água de nascente da Montanha Suzuka, e leveduras Kyokai 1401 e 14.
