O Tsuchida 10 é um junmai experimental da Tsuchida Shuzo em Kawaba, Gunma, produzido dentro da estrutura totalmente kimoto que a cervejaria adotou ao converter inteiramente para fermentação natural em 2017. Não são utilizados fermento comercial, ácido láctico adicionado nem outros aditivos, e o arroz é proveniente de Gunma com polimento mínimo.
