Batizado com o nome da linhagem imperial Asuka, este daiginjo da cervejaria mais antiga da Prefeitura de Fukui, fundada em 1716, é elaborado com a levedura local FK801 e água de nascente do sistema Hakusan, designada como água famosa nacional. A cervejaria utiliza arroz cultivado por parceiros agrícolas locais de longa data em Echizen Town.
