Engarrafado no primeiro ano da era Reiwa (R1BY), este honjozo shinshu de uma cervejaria de Fukui fundada em 1716 captura o caráter fresco e sem envelhecimento da prensagem do início do inverno. A cervejaria utiliza água de nascente do sistema Hakusan, proveniente do Santuário Yasaka, e arroz cultivado localmente em Echizen Town.
