Made entirely with koji rice rather than the typical blend, this all koji brew delivers a rich, full bodied drinking experience at 18 percent ABV. Expect aromas of apricot, burnt caramel, and maple syrup alongside soy sauce and mushroom notes, with flavors of toasted bread, citrus peel, and brown sugar on a smooth, viscous palate. The acidity and alcohol combine for a warming, complex finish reminiscent of an ice wine.

Homare Sake Brewery Co.,Ltd
Fukushima
Yukisaku Karabashi, que administrava uma loja de missô e molho de soja, fundou uma destilaria de sake (marca: Dai Nishiki) aos 29 anos, e em 5 de setembro de 1918 (Taisho 7) estabeleceu a Kano Sake Brewery para fabricação e venda de bebidas alcoólicas.
