This is a real shochu brewed by Nishi -Yoshida Sake Brewery in Fukuoka Prefecture, which has 100%of Niigata Prefecture sake rice "Koshiwanrei" and has a roots of ginjo sake lees.

A sake brewery with a history of 300 years in Uonuma, a snowy country. Founded 2 years (1717). Aoki Sake Brewery's sake, which is represented by "crane -age", is created by the various grace of the snowy country and the traditional technique of Echigo Mori. Among the Niigata sake, which has many "Tanrei dry", we will aim to make the sake brewing of "Tanrei -kuchi", which leaves the original taste of sake rice, and inherits the taste for the next 100 years.
