Yoikigen Co.,Ltd
Okayama
Relocation of sake brewery in 1967, dismantling in 2017, and launching a new sake brewery. It has changed in various ways along the flow of time, but the only thing that does not change is the thoughts of sake brewing.
The liquor brewed in handmade small quantities that use local rice and water and brought out the taste of rice is like a warm Binchu climate as it is.
We will continue to make sake brewing of sake and fruits unique to Okayama as a local sake brewery that is closely related to the community.
