Gohyakumangoku rice goes into the black-labeled Jo Kuro expression of this muroka mukasui junmai daiginjo series. Unfiltered and undiluted from the Kurayoshi, Tottori brewery, it presents the leaner, cleaner style of Gohyakumangoku in contrast to the Yamada Nishiki-based red-labeled counterpart.
