Description

Aromas of whipped cream and rice greet the nose before giving way to flavors reminiscent of melon cream soda. Clean rather than aggressively dry, it finishes crisp, a profile that has made it a favorite paired with raw oysters. Made from Yamada Nishiki rice polished to 50 percent in Shizuoka, it carries an SMV of +3, acidity of 1.5, and ABV of 16.5 percent.
