🍶
Description
This Ginjo has a subtle, sweet aroma of wild fruit that gives way to a drier character as it moves across the palate. Fine sweetness and crisp acidity stay well balanced, with a semi rich, semi dry profile that grows a touch sweeter as it warms. Light and smooth overall, it makes for an easygoing, modest style of Ginjo.
