Shizuoka
In our water, the Southern Alps spreads out, and the Oi River, which is the headwaters of Mt. Akaishi, is flowing to Shimada City. The underground water of the Oigawa River is used and used. It has a characteristic that it is easy to brew a soft water and soft sake that feels a little rounded when it is included in the mouth. Sake brewing with a luxurious and gentle scent, blending in the mouth softly, deepening the bottom, forgetting time and drinking. In 1832, Shigebei was founded. In 1975, the sake transmitted to the old document was revived as "Wakatake Oni". Released "Onna Crying" in 1980.
