Undiluted genshu from a brewery founded in 1887 in Ueda, Nagano, bottled without water addition to deliver a fuller-bodied, more concentrated version of the house's clean, gentle rice flavor. The brewery targets a lower-than-typical 15% ABV to keep the palate approachable even at genshu strength.
