Description

Junmai brewed from Sankei Nishiki, a less common Nagano sake rice variety, produced under the Tosui specialty label at a brewery established in 1887 in Ueda. Clean mineral water and careful small-batch fermentation bring out the rice's distinct regional character in a dry, food-compatible style.
