Description

Junmai ginjo brewed from Miyama Nishiki, Nagano's widely cultivated sake rice, at a brewery established in 1887 in Ueda. Miyama Nishiki contributes a clean, slightly restrained fruit acidity and transparent texture, with the house's quiet ginjo style producing a delicate aromatic lift and a dry, clean finish.
