Description

Tsubo Midoriichi tokubetsu honjozo genshu uses Yamada Nishiki and Nippon Bare at 58% polishing and is bottled undiluted at high alcohol. Concentrated flavor, a clean bamboo-like aroma, and a rich palate with firm acidity characterize this genshu release from the historic Ikeda, Osaka brewery.
