Kitsubo Midoriichi is a tokubetsu honjozo genshu from Yoshida Shuzo in Ikeda, Osaka, using Yamada Nishiki and Nippon Bare at 58% polishing. Bottled at high alcohol without dilution, it offers a clear color, a clean and fresh aroma reminiscent of bamboo, and a rich, concentrated sweetness on the palate with a firm acidic finish.
