Description

A junmai muroka namagenshu drawn directly from the pressing vessel (jikagumi) at a small Obuse-machi, Nagano brewery. Bottled unfiltered and unpasteurized with no dilution, it offers a vivid freshness and juicy texture characteristic of the Tennyonoshizuku sub-label. Brewed in very limited quantities by a female toji using locally sourced rice.
