The signature brand of a small Nagano brewery in Obuse-machi, brewed in limited quantities of roughly 15 koku per year by a female toji. The sake style is junmai-based with a concentrated, full-bodied umami character that the brewery describes as rich and warming. Soft acidity and rice sweetness are kept in balance.
