Description

Tokujo (superior grade) designates the top-tier daiginjo from this Ibaraki brewery, brewed with Yamada Nishiki at 45% polishing and aged under cold-storage conditions after long-term low-temperature fermentation. The brewery has received gold recognition at the National New Sake Competition over 13 times, making this its most decorated expression.
