Tokubetsu junmai genshu brewed from Miyama Nishiki polished to 59% at a brewery re-established in Ueda, Nagano in 2015. Bottled undiluted at 17% ABV, it delivers a clean, assertive dryness on entry that transitions into a fruity, increasingly lively character as it opens up, with the brewery's signature clarity throughout.
