Yamada Nishiki rice, polished to 50%, is used in this junmai ginjo from Fukuoka's Suitou brewery under the Goyoen label. Fukuoka's sake brewing tradition draws on locally grown Yamada Nishiki, and this junmai ginjo represents the mid-tier of the Goyoen lineup with pure rice ginjo craftsmanship.
