Junmai ginjo from the Tsukimise label, produced at Sukimusumeshuzou in Oita Prefecture. Oita's sake culture tends toward lighter, softer styles, and this junmai ginjo represents the kura's premium pure rice expression with the fragrance and delicacy of the ginjo grade.
