Description
Tempo Tokubetsuhonjozo uses Gohyakumangoku polished to 60% from Tempoushuzou in Nagano's Chikuma City. The brewery closed regular production approximately a decade ago, and existing stock represents the final releases from this Chikuma City kura, brewed with local Nagano Gohyakumangoku and the soft spring water of the Chikuma River basin.
