Tancho is a Nada futsu-shu from Sawanotsuru, brewed with miyamizu water at 75% polishing ratio. Positioned as an everyday table sake, it incorporates a blend including kimoto-brewed sake to add body, producing a clean, smooth character suited to a wide range of food pairings.
