Sawanotsuru's Tokusen Honjozo is brewed at 65% polishing with Nada's miyamizu water, yielding the firm, well-defined umami and clean finish that characterize the brewery's classic Nada style. It received a Gold Award at the 2016 National Kanzake Contest, confirming its strength as a warmed sake.
