Description
Tanrei Karakuchi (淡麗辛口), meaning light-bodied and dry, is a classic Chikumanishiki Shuzo expression built for everyday drinking. Made with Miyama Nishiki polished to 67% and the mineral-rich mountain water of Nagano's Saku basin, this clean, dry sake reflects the high-altitude brewing tradition of this 1681-founded brewery.
