Yamada Nishiki polished to 40% won three consecutive gold awards at the National New Sake Appraisal (2006-2008) for Yamadashoten in Yaotsu, Gifu. Filled directly from the press and cold-stored, this daiginjo expresses the full fragrance of the carefully polished rice.
