Description
Tamajiman Junmai Genshu Hiyaoroshi is a seasonal autumn release from Ishikawa Shuzo, an undiluted junmai that has been stored through the summer and released without a second pasteurization. The combination of genshu concentration and the smooth, mellow character developed over summer storage gives this sake an unusually rich yet harmonious profile. It is a limited seasonal expression best enjoyed in autumn when it is at its most balanced.
