Description
Tamajiman Junmai Daiginjo Namagenshu Sasanigorikei is an unpasteurized, undiluted junmai daiginjo with a nigorizake (cloudy) character from Ishikawa Shuzo in Tokyo. The sasanigori style features a slight cloudiness from fine rice particles left in suspension, adding a creamy texture and gentle sweetness to the daiginjo's refined aromatic profile. As a namagenshu, it is bottled at full fermentation strength without pasteurization, ensuring maximum freshness.
