🍶
Description
This yamahai style genshu is unfiltered and unpasteurized with a powerful 21 percent ABV. Aromas of wood, earth, honey tea, and citrus peel give way to deep, complex flavors of dark chocolate, dandelion greens, honey nut, and chicory with a roasted, slightly woody undertone and heavy umami, drinking best at room temperature or lightly warmed.
