🍶
Description

This aged junmai, bottled in 1.8 liter isshobin format, shows a complex, savory profile with notes of puerh tea, macadamia nut, wet wool and curry spice. Fermented honey, toffee, roasted sweet potato and dried apple round out the palate, finishing with a tannin like grip that lingers. It continues to develop and improve over the days after opening.
