Description
A tokubetsu junmai muroka namagenshu made with Gohyakumangoku rice polished to 60%, bottled fresh from the press without filtration or dilution. The brewery recommends enjoying this both as a new-season sake and after further cellaring, as the sake develops additional umami with time.
