米の出来や質は自然に影響され、毎年変わります。 そのため杜氏と蔵人にとって酒造期の初めは、その年の酒造りの形を必死で探す戦いのような時期です。 玉川の「しぼりたて」は、その年一番最初に仕込んだ酒を世に問う、いわば挑戦状のような酒。フレッシュな旨みと、口に含むと広がる豊潤なコクと酸味が魅力です。 手間ひまかけ、丁寧に造った原酒はコストパフォーマンスの高さで地元の人気者。
