Description
A ginjo in the Tamafumi line brewed from Gohyakumangoku at 60% polishing, carrying on a recipe maintained across successive generations of the brewery. The aroma is understated, with a firm, rounded umami and clean dryness that performs well both chilled and warmed. It has received gold at the Slow Food Japan Kanzake Contest.
