Description

Brewed at Shinshu Meijo in Ueda, Nagano, this active nigori nama junmai is made with Hitogokochi and Miyama Nishiki rice, polished to 59% for koji and 70% for kake rice, and brewed using ultra-soft obsidian spring water from Wada Pass. The sake is lively with natural carbonation, a pronounced rice umami, and a brisk, clean finish characteristic of unfiltered nama style.
