A tokubetsu junmai from Shinshu Meijo in Nagano, polished to 59% using Miyama Nishiki and Hitogokochi rice and brewed with ultra-soft obsidian spring water from Wada Pass. It shows green-apple aromatics, well-developed umami with good depth, and a lively, clean finish.
