Description
A seasonal nama (unpasteurized) junmai ginjo from Shinshu Meijo's Takizawa label, brewed with Miyamanishiki and Hitogokochi rice using ultra-soft Wadatoge obsidian water. The unfired state preserves a lively, fruit-forward aroma with smooth umami and a crisp, snow-melt-like finish characteristic of the Takizawa style.
