Description

A seasonal junmai ginjo from Shinshu Meijo's Takizawa label, released as a funataré (first-press direct draw) light nigori nama. The unfiltered, unpasteurized pressing captures pineapple and muscat-like fruit aromas with a clean, bright finish drawn from the brewery's ultra-soft Wadatoge obsidian water.
