Takesuzume Junmai Ginjoshu

🍶
Description

Takesuzume Junmai Ginjo is brewed at one of the smallest breweries in western Gifu, where all fermentation batches are kept under 800 kilograms. The house style favors backbone and drinkability over showy aromatics, using the subterranean spring water of the Kasugawa river basin.
