Panda Festival junmai ginjo brewed from Miyama Nishiki polished to 55%, part of Yanoshuzo's playful seasonal series launched in 2012. Crisp and elegant with the clean, green freshness characteristic of the Takenosono style and the multi-tara water of Kashima.
