Taiyocho Genshu

🍶
Description

Taiyocho Genshu is an undiluted sake from the Taiyocho lineup, bottled at natural fermentation strength without the added water used to adjust most sake to around 15% ABV. Genshu typically reaches 18 to 20% ABV, delivering a concentrated, richer flavor and a warming finish compared to diluted expressions. The coastal Taiyocho name suggests an origin suited to pairing with hearty seafood preparations.
