Pack-format table sake from Shiragiku Shuzo in Takahashi, Okayama, made entirely from locally grown Okayama rice and naturally soft groundwater from the Narwa River watershed. The brewery's longstanding Bitchu toji tradition yields sake with pleasant aroma, soft texture, and a clean, well-rounded finish.
