Tokubetsu junmai from Shiragiku Shuzo in Takahashi, Okayama, brewed with Okayama-grown rice polished to 55%. Using the brewery's proprietary groundwater from the Narwa River system and the inherited techniques of Bitchu toji brewmasters, it delivers a soft, balanced expression with good rice umami and clean acidity.
