Description

Elegant and incredibly smooth, this daiginjo stays true to a dry, refined style without straying too far from its regional character. It pairs well with white fish, light meats, and savory broths. Made from Okayama grown Yamada Nishiki rice milled down to 32 percent and filtered using the labor intensive shizuku, or gravity, method for an especially smooth, luxurious result.
