Description

Honjozo brewed in Heisei 10 (1998) and subsequently cellared as a vintage aged sake at Suifu Meijo in Ibaraki Prefecture. Extended aging has deepened the rice-derived sweetness and amino acid complexity, transforming it into a rich, amber-toned old sake.
