Description
Kasen (excellent grade) is a standard table-sake designation used by this former Ibaraki brewery as part of its everyday lineup. Brewed in Hitachi-Omiya with regional groundwater, it represented the accessible tier of the Suifu brand before the operation closed in 2018.
