Description
The sparkling version of Kiuchi Umeshu uses the same Hitachino Nest White Ale distillate base as the original, with carbonation added to produce a lively, low-alcohol plum liqueur at 5.5% ABV. Hop aroma, clean sweetness, and refreshing plum acidity come through with a lighter body than the still version.
