Description
Kinmon Nishiki, Nagano's storied heirloom sake rice, is fermented with mochi rice in this specialty expression from the Obuse kura established in 1755. Inspired by the sweeter sake styles favored in the Taisho era, it draws on the same wooden barrel traditions that define the brewery's entire lineup.
